Can I schedule my order or request a specific delivery date?
At Morokiees, every cookie is handcrafted in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and freshness. Because of our limited production, we are unable to hold orders or guarantee a specific delivery date.
Orders are baked fresh and shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure they arrive at their destination at peak freshness.
Once a batch reaches capacity, it is sold out, and new orders will be fulfilled during the next available baking schedule. We recommend placing your order early to reserve your spot before the next batch sells out.
Every order is baked fresh—never pre-made or kept in storage—and shipped shortly after baking for the best possible experience.
How do I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped yet, email us at Morokiees@gmail.com with your order number and request to cancel.
Are the cookies shipped in a cooling package?
Our cookies are not shipped with ice packs or cooling materials.
Instead, each cookie is individually packaged and heat-sealed to preserve its freshness and quality. The cookies are then carefully arranged inside our signature gift box, which is securely placed inside a protective bubble mailer to help ensure your order arrives in the same beautiful condition it left our kitchen.
I have a food allergy. Can I still enjoy your cookies?
Your safety is important to us.
All Morokiees cookies are handcrafted in a shared kitchen using shared equipment. Our kitchen regularly handles wheat, milk (dairy), eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, and other common allergens.
Although we follow careful food handling practices to help minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
If you or the recipient has a food allergy or severe sensitivity, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming our products. Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend our cookies for individuals with severe or life-threatening food allergies.
Can I choose my flavors?
Absolutely. While we encourage experiencing our full Signature Collection—where each cookie tells its own story—you are welcome to build a box with your favorite flavor. Every Morokiees cookie has its own identity, crafted with a unique recipe, carefully balanced sweetness, distinctive chocolate profile, texture, and handcrafted process. No two cookies are alike, making each one a signature experience of its own.
