At Morokiees, every cookie is handcrafted and made to order using premium ingredients. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at morokiees@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
